KRSU student Arsen Bolotov won gold at the Open World Cup in powerlifting
Law student of KRSU Arsen Bolotov won the Open World Cup in powerlifting.
Arsen represented the Kyrgyz national team at the competition and took 1st place in the junior age group and weight category up to 82.5 kg.
The Open World Cup was held in Bishkek and brought together strongmen from 10 countries: Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Mongolia, Russia, Georgia, India, Azerbaijan and Turkey.
Powerlifting (powerlifting) – a sport that includes squatting with a barbell on the shoulders, bench press and lifting it off the platform. The result is determined by the sum of three exercises.
