Student KRSU performed at the International Soviet Song Festival in Moscow

Student of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University Yana Nikulina took part in the International Student Festival of Soviet Song «Young people sing the Song of Friendship».

The festival brought together students from different countries and is aimed at reviving and preserving songwriting that reflects the traditions and cultural heritage of the Russian people.

The competition was held in four stages: collection of applications, correspondence round based on video recordings, full-time qualifying stage and final round — Gala concert, which took place in the conference hall of RTU MIREA in Moscow.

Yana successfully passed the qualifying round and performed at the festival finals. The jury included famous cultural and artistic figures, including — Natalya Varley, a legend of Soviet cinema, and Aziza, a famous Soviet, Uzbek and Russian singer.
