Students and undergraduates of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies KRSU visited the Jogorku Kenesh

June 17, students and undergraduates of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies named after Academician A. Ch. Kakeev of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University visited the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic. The visit took place at the invitation of members of parliament.As part of the program, a tour of the Jogorku Kenesh building was organized for students. The participants got acquainted with the activities of the highest representative body of state power, visited the parliament library, the meeting room and got an idea of the peculiarities of organizing the work of the Jogorku Kenesh.During the visit, a meeting took place with deputies Dastan Bekeshev and Elvira Surabaldieva. The conversation took place in the format of an open dialogue. Issues of education, organization of school meals and restrictions on access to the Internet were discussed. Students and undergraduates were able to ask questions that interested them, express their own opinions and take part in the discussion of current public topics.Such meetings give young people the opportunity to better understand the work of government institutions and communicate directly with representatives of the legislative branch.
