Students of the Institute of World Languages got acquainted with Chinese culture in an off-site lesson

This week, students from the Institute of World Languages took part in a retreat on Chinese culture. The event provided an opportunity to explore traditional Chinese art and its features in depth.

Particular attention was paid to Chinese painting techniques. Students learned about the symbolism, philosophy and intricacies of performing each element that make this art unique.

In addition, the lesson participants were able to enjoy the performance of traditional Chinese songs. Getting to know China's musical heritage provided a better understanding of its cultural richness.
