KRSU students take part in the grand final of the international track «Cyberdrome.Student»

The Red Flag team of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University takes part in the grand final of the international track «Cyberdrome.Student», which takes place from May 13 to 15, 2026 in the Technopark «Istok — RTU MIREA» in Moscow.The eight strongest student teams from the CIS countries — Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Belarus, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are participating in the final stage of the competition.KRSU is represented by the Red Flag team, which consists of 4th year students from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology. Previously, the team successfully passed the semi-final stage of the competition — «Aviation Work», where participants performed practical engineering tasks in the field of unmanned technologies.As part of the competition, students demonstrated skills in controlling and programming unmanned aerial vehicles, solved problems of logistics delivery of goods using drones, monitoring facilities and flight automation.The team was created this academic year on the basis of the laboratory of robotics and unmanned transport technologies KRSU under the leadership of Yuri Furmanov.The project «Cyberdrome» is being implemented under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and is aimed at developing the engineering competencies of students and young specialists in the field of unmanned aircraft and ground systems.The grand final program includes educational and practical modules, engineering competitions, an excursion program and an award ceremony.KRSU is proud of the participation of its students in the international engineering project and wishes the Red Flag team good luck, confident decisions and a worthy performance in the finals of the competition!
