KRSU students took part in the session «Renewing the higher education system: what to expect for young people» at SPIEF 2024

Students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University took an active part in the session «Renewing the higher education system: what to expect for young people», held as part of the business program of the stand of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

Student of the Faculty of Economics of KRSU Zhamilya Sulaimankulova shared her impressions:

"During the session, key issues and prospects for the development of the higher education system in Russia and abroad were discussed. It focused on innovations in educational programs, the integration of modern technologies into the educational process, and opportunities for international cooperation in the fields of science and education."

Youth representatives discussed topics of importance to them, such as the adaptation of educational programmes to the requirements of the modern labour market, the development of exchange and internship programmes, and the role of digital technologies in training.

One of the key speakers of the session was the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov, who noted the importance of the active participation of students in shaping the future of education.
