KRSU students compete in the finals of the International Financial Security Olympiad
KRSU students Ainazik Mamaeva, Vladislav Dzyuba, Nurbek Bekkulov and Astan Malikov under the leadership of the head of the department of administrative and financial law A. Sydygalieva they are taking part in the finals of the III International Olympiad on Financial Security – 2023, the finalists of which were about 500 schoolchildren and students.
As part of the Olympiad, the 19th meeting of the Council of the International Network Institute in the field of combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism, to which KRSU has been a participant since 2013, has already taken place. At this meeting, acting, Rector of KRSU D. Fomin-Nilov, acted as an expert.
Over the three years of the Olympiad, the geography of the participating countries has almost tripled. In 2023, representatives from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Brazil, China, India, South Africa, Algeria, Venezuela, Vietnam, Iran, Cuba, Namibia and Pakistan compete at the educational center «Sirius» (Sochi).
The event program is very rich: international panel discussions, seminars, workshops, master classes with invited experts, excursions.
For the first time in the history of the Olympiad, a digital football tournament «4 Continents Cup» will take place.
Winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad will receive special rights when applying for training at universities of the International Network Institute and the opportunity to undergo internships at Rosfinmonitoring and other organizations.
