A conference of the Association of Eurasian Leaders was held in Moscow — a major platform for the development of youth initiatives, the formation of leadership competencies and strengthening cooperation between students from different countries. This year the forum brought together 150 activists from 5 countries: chairmen of student governments, project organizers, volunteer movements and public initiatives.
Our students passed a strict selection among 300+ applications and were among the participants ready to offer solutions, create new formats of interaction and create a leadership environment in the Eurasian space.
The participants were expected to attend the conference:
- several days of intensive educational program
- more than 90 hours of continuous operation
- 18 hands-on sessions and dozens of leadership development tools
- forming links between teams and creating joint projects
The conference was an important step for the participants: it helped broaden their horizons, strengthen leadership competencies, see new formats of teamwork and feel part of a large Eurasian community. The knowledge and connections gained will become the basis for future initiatives that students will bring to their universities and implement in the near future.
