Students spent their knowledge on an anatomical quiz
On March 11, the student scientific association of the Department of Anatomy, Topographic Anatomy and Operational Surgery (head – Associate Professor A. Beisembayev), with the support of the scientific sector of the youth parliament (student Kh. Kuramaeva), organized and conducted a quiz «Human Musculoskeletal System» among 1st-2nd year students of the Faculty of Medicine KRSU.
The small lecture hall in the medical faculty building №12th microdistrict «Alamedin» hospitably opened its doors to everyone who wanted to take part in it. Among the 1st year, there were 12 students of all specialties who decided to test their knowledge and thinking in this area of medicine in the 2nd year – 10 students of specialties «General Medicine» and «Pediatrics». Associate Professor A. Beisembayev and the head of the SMUS Medical Faculty R. Sherov addressed them with a welcoming speech.
The competitions included questions on theoretical anatomy in the form of direct answers, riddles, and puzzles. Knowledge of the history of medicine and anatomy, etymology, and x-ray anatomy was tested. The quiz was completed by an anatomical crossword puzzle.
Summing up, the jury decided to evaluate the results of 1st and 2nd year students separately. The winners were:

3rd place – Aitegin Almaz, LD-11-22.
Among students 2 courses
1st place – Odilsher Mukhamedaliev, LD 10-21;
2nd place – Esmira Bakhshalieva, LD-8-21;
3rd place – Syimyk Kamalov, LD 15-21.
All participants were awarded certificates, and the winners – diplomas.
