Bright memory
The Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies KRSU suffered a huge and irreparable loss. On November 26, at the age of 66, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Gulsara Midinovna Aliyeva passed away. Her life is an example of service to her work, high professionalism, and desire for knowledge.
Gulsara Midinovna’s teaching career began after graduating from the specialty, then from graduate school at Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov in 1986. From 1986-1991 she worked as an associate professor of the department of philosophy at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute (now – Kyrgyz Technical University. AND. Razzakova). Despite the fact that she successfully continued her further career at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Department of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in responsible positions, Gulsara Midinovna did not stop teaching and doing science. In 2004 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic «Socio-philosophical aspects of the problem of combating crime».
Since 2013, having fully returned to teaching, she has worked fruitfully to the present as a professor at KRSU. Under her leadership, a master's program «Public Policy and PR» in the field of Political Science was developed and successfully implemented. Being a brilliant teacher, a talented scientist G.M. Aliyeva taught the most complex, not yet developed, new disciplines for undergraduates and students of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies. She actively participated in international conferences and projects on the implementation of the state policy of the Kyrgyz Republic to combat gender-based violence. Gulsara Midinovna, thanks to her deep philosophical knowledge, extensive experience, high moral principles and professionalism, enjoyed well-deserved authority and respect among her colleagues and students.
The bright memory of Gulsar Midinovna Aliyeva as a professional in her field and a wonderful person will forever remain in the hearts of all those who knew her.
