«Free life — drug free!»: preventive action at KRSU college

A preventive event under the motto «Free life — drug-free!», organized by the Service for Combating Illicit Drug Trafficking of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, took place at the KRSU college.

Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs held lectures in which they spoke in detail about the grave consequences of drug use, legal liability for their storage and distribution, and also emphasized the importance of conscious choice and leading a healthy lifestyle.

The students were especially interested in the demonstration performance of dog handlers with trained dogs. Service animals demonstrated skills in searching for prohibited substances and elements of detaining a mock violator. These impressive demonstrations clearly showed how crime is fought in real conditions.

KRSU actively supports initiatives aimed at promoting the health and safety of young people. Such events help to form a conscious attitude towards life and show the importance of working together in the fight against social challenges.
