A member of the Russian Geographical Society expedition presented a five-volume edition of "Peter Semenov-Tyan-Shansky: Memoirs" KRSU

Today, a meeting was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, at which the acting rector of KRSU, Sergei Volkov, was presented with a five-volume publication "Peter Semenov-Tyan-Shansky: Memoirs.". The handover ceremony was conducted by Roman Moskin, a member of the expedition of the Russian Geographical Society, who visited the university as part of scientific cooperation.

The publication includes the memoirs of the outstanding Russian geographer and traveler Pyotr Semenov-Tyan-Shansky, whose name is associated with the research and popularization of the Tien Shan. The memoirs contain many historical facts and descriptions of the natural beauties of Central Asia, and are also a valuable source of information for students and teachers of the university.
