The Academic Council of KRSU approved candidates for the post of rector and heard a report on scientific and international activities

A meeting of the Academic Council was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, at which key issues in the development of the university were discussed.

One of the main items on the agenda was the approval of candidates for the position of rector. Three candidates were unanimously supported: Sergei Volkov, Marina Yurchenko and Marat Kudaikulov. These applicants will take part in further stages of the competitive selection.

In addition, the meeting heard a report from the Vice-Rector for Scientific, International and Innovation Activities, which summed up the results of the university’s work in the field of science and international cooperation. The report paid special attention to issues of publication activity, participation in grant projects and expanding partnerships with foreign universities.

The Academic Council will continue to work on the development of strategic study programs KRSU, strengthening scientific potential and international cooperation.
