The university is modernizing its security system

KRSU implements a set of measures aimed at significantly strengthening the security and access control system.The turnstile system will begin to function in the near future. At the current stage, work is underway to lay communications, configure infrastructure and test technical solutions. The introduction of turnstiles will ensure controlled access to educational buildings, minimize unauthorized entry and increase the overall level of discipline in access control mode.The project is being implemented with the participation of two contractors. The first company installs turnstiles in the main building and on the school grounds. The main building provides for the placement of two turnstiles, in the school — one.The second company is responsible for installing turnstiles in other educational buildings. In total, it is planned to install seven more turnstiles. A total of 10 turnstiles will be installed at the university.The timing of the work is determined by contractual obligations, with the completion of the installation of turnstiles at individual sites planned in stages in the coming months.At the same time, the video surveillance system is being modernized. Additional cameras are installed in the buildings, coverage areas are expanded and monitoring of what is happening is strengthened. This will allow you to quickly respond to possible incidents and increase the level of crime prevention.Access to the buildings will be carried out using personal electronic cards. Each student and staff member will be issued an individual pass integrated into the access control and management system. The system will record entry and exit times, providing transparent attendance records and an additional level of security.An integrated approach to infrastructure modernization is aimed at creating a protected, manageable and comfortable environment for students and university staff.
