Universities of the 21st century: The rector of KRSU speaks at the youth forum in Sirius

At a plenary session within the framework of the World Youth Festival in Sirius, the rector of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University Denis Fomin-Nilov emphasized the importance of the development of Slavic universities. In his speech, he called for special attention to be paid to the development of youth policy, emphasizing that at a modern university, students should not only receive professional knowledge, but also develop civic, patriotic and socially responsible qualities.

"At a world-class university of the 21st century, students do not just sit at their desks and gain knowledge, skills and abilities," the rector noted. "It is at the university that lifelong friendships and professional relationships are formed, and the individual becomes a citizen and professional.".

“Youth – this is the future of our country. We must create conditions for its self-realization, support initiative projects, and help develop professional skills. Only in this way can we ensure a stable future for all citizens”, Fomin-Nilov emphasized.
