In 2024, KRSU launches a new specialty: Teacher Education!
Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin (KRSU) announces enrollment in a new specialty — bilingual education.
KRSU starts accepting applications for the Bachelor's program in bilingual education in the field of training «Teacher Education». The programme aims to train qualified teachers with bilingual skills to work in schools in the regions.
Form and duration of training:
- Form of study: full-time.
- Duration of training: 4 years.
Training profiles:
1. Physics and mathematics: mathematics teacher, physics teacher.
2. Natural science: biology teacher, chemistry teacher.
3. Socio-economic: teacher of Russian and Kyrgyz language and literature, history teacher.
Reception campaign:
- Start call for applications: June 20, 2024.
- End call for applications: August 20, 2024.
Conditions of admission:
On a budgetary basis:
- Applicants with a referral from school are awarded an additional 30 points to the ORT and entrance points.
- The scholarship is 6,000 soms, and out-of-town students receive an additional 7,000 soms for rental housing.
- Possibility of studying at the best Russian universities during the semester.
- Individual trajectory of education.
On an extrabudgetary basis:
- Tuition fee: 100,000 soms per year.
- Benefits:
- School-referred applicants receive an additional 30 points to ORT and entrance scores.
- Discount on first-year education 50% (50000 soms).
- Rental compensation for nonresidents — 7000 soms.
- With 100% academic performance for the first semester («without C grades»), a stipend of 6,000 soms is established and a 50% discount is maintained.
- For high achievements in scientific, sports, cultural, creative, social and educational activities — increased scholarship up to 15,000 soms.
Diplomas at the end of the programme:
- Kyrgyz Republic State Diploma.
- State diploma of the Russian Federation.
