The College KRSU celebrated State Language Day

A gala event dedicated to State Language Day took place at the KRSU College. The holiday was aimed at developing the state language, popularizing cultural and moral values, as well as preserving the customs and traditions of the Kyrgyz people.

The teachers, together with second-year students, organized a festive program, which included intellectual and creative competitions. During the event, two student teams demonstrated a thorough knowledge of Kyrgyz language, literature, proverbs and sayings by competing in an interactive game.

Guests of the holiday were also able to enjoy the students' performances: excerpts from the epic «Manas», a virtuoso performance on a komuz, as well as musical numbers were performed, which became a real highlight of the evening. The event left vivid impressions and showed the importance of preserving and developing the native language among young people.
