The KRSU College held an entrance test in physical training for applicants entering the specialty «Fire Safety».▪️Eight participants met the standards for high bar pull-ups (boys), lifting the torso from a prone position in one minute (girls) and running a distance of 100 meters. The tests made it possible to assess the level of physical fitness required by future specialists to work in the field of fire safety and protecting the population from emergency situations.KRSU consistently develops practice-oriented training together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic. In February of this year, with the participation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, a joint department of protection in emergency situations was opened, where current employees of the ministry were involved in the educational process, and students undergo internships, internships and participate in exercises.▪️ From September 1, as part of the reform of the university, the department will continue to work as part of the new Polytechnic Institute. An educational and scientific laboratory «Organization and conduct of emergency rescue operations» will also be created within its structure, which will further strengthen the practical training of future specialists.The entrance test was the first step for applicants on the path to a profession that requires high responsibility, excellent physical fitness and readiness to act in the most difficult conditions.
