The KRSU College has completed a survey of first-year students on adaptation issues
A study aimed at studying the characteristics of the adaptation of first-year students to the educational process has been completed at the College of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The survey showed that students successfully integrate into the educational environment and note positive changes in the perception of their chosen specialty and the educational process as a whole.

Most freshmen are satisfied with their choice of major:
36.76% of respondents noted that their attitude towards their specialty remained good.
In 17.65% of students, the attitude towards the specialty improved after the start of training.
During the first months of study, students were more likely to experience excitement (50%) and anxiety (45.59%). However, they now note increased calm and confidence.
The vast majority (91.02%) rate interaction within the College highly, and the atmosphere in the student groups received positive ratings according to the following criteria:
«Benevolence» — 89.41%
«Mutual understanding» — 89.12%
«Cooperation» — 92.05%
«No conflicts» — 89.42%
«Mutual assistance» — 71.41%
Students note that a favorable atmosphere in the college, active interaction with classmates and senior students, as well as the professionalism and attention of teachers and curators help them adapt.
An annual study conducted by the Center for Sociological Research KRSU allows the college administration to develop effective measures to support students. This helps create conditions for their comfortable learning, potential development and professional growth.
