KRSU begins the strategic session 2030: a vector of development for the future

From November 28 to December 4, 2024 at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin will host a strategic session «Development Strategy KRSU 2030». At the stage of preparation of the event, about 200 applications were submitted. The university management expresses gratitude to everyone who showed interest and presented their ideas. The opinions and issues voiced in the applications will be carefully considered and taken into account during the session.

50 participants were selected to directly participate in the strategic session. At a meeting with acting, Rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov, they discussed key tasks and approaches to the formation of a long-term strategy.

Sergei Volkov emphasized the importance of the session: «The image of the future university will be developed by six divisions: engineering, medical, socio-humanitarian, human capital division, student division and assembly division. Their coordinated work will create a comprehensive vision of the development of KRSU and its role in the educational and scientific ecosystem of the region».

The strategic session will be an important stage in determining the long-term course of development of KRSU, strengthening its position as the leading educational and scientific center of Central Asia.
