KRSU summed up the results of the competition of student works on public-private partnerships
A student research competition on the topic of public-private partnership (PPP), organized with the support of Eurasian Development Bank (EDB). The purpose of the competition was to identify talented students and stimulate their interest in the development of tools for interaction between the state and business in the economy.
The expert commission, which included representatives of the Faculty of Economics of KRSU, the EDB and the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, assessed projects according to such criteria as the relevance of the topic, depth of analysis, scientific novelty and originality of the approach.
The winners were:

Sultan Sydygaliev with research «Public-private partnership in the EAEU countries: comparative analysis» <TAG1> 1st place.

Anastasia Albrecht with a project «Public-private partnership as a tool for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in Kyrgyzstan and the Eurasian space» <TAG1> 2nd place.

Bibimariyam Aidarbekova with work «Public-private partnership and other forms of project financing of infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic» <TAG1> 3rd place.
The winners will receive EDB personal scholarships of $150 monthly for four months. The awards ceremony will take place 1 October 2025 in KRSU as part of the opening of the EDB's specialized audience on PPP issues. In addition, laureates will be invited to participate in a specialized forum on public-private partnerships.
The organizers noted the high level of all presented projects and thanked the students for their active interest in the topic of PPP as an effective tool for economic development and the implementation of infrastructure projects.
