KRSU summed up the results of the English Language Olympiad

The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University hosted an interfaculty Olympiad in English among students of non-linguistic specialties. The organizer was the interfaculty department of foreign languages.The Olympiad is aimed at increasing motivation to learn English, identifying gifted students and developing communication skills that are in demand in professional activities. Students from the faculties of economics, medicine, law, humanities, natural sciences and technology, as well as the faculty of architecture, design and construction took part in the intellectual competition.Based on the results of the Olympiad, the prizes were distributed as follows:1st place — Nodirabegim Abdurakhmanova (1st year, ETF)2nd place was shared by Erbol Sovetbekov (1st year, GF) and Mikhail Grigoriev (1st year, FADIS)3rd place was taken by Ruslan Shamsutdinov (1st year, ETF) and Emir Shabdanbekov (1st year, EF)The winners and runners-up were awarded diplomas of the corresponding degrees. In the future, they will represent the university at the International Student Olympiad in Foreign Languages for students of non-linguistic specialties in an online format.
