The Scientific and Technical Council was held at KRSU
The first meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council (NTC) of the new academic year was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University under the leadership of the new acting, rector Sergei Volkov. The meeting discussed important issues related to attracting active youth to the life of the university, as well as strengthening interaction between students and teaching staff.
The two founders of KRSU set the task of developing a set of measures aimed at supporting the student initiative. The discussions noted the active participation of representatives of the Faculty of Medicine, who demonstrate a high level of involvement in the processes. Volkov emphasized the need to increase activity on the part of other faculties.
At the meeting, the composition of the Scientific and Technical Council was approved and it was decided to hold meetings of the Scientific and Technical Council once a month to quickly solve problems and promote initiatives.
«Our University — a unique Kyrgyz-Russian project. Those initiatives that, for various reasons, cannot yet be implemented in Russia have a chance for successful implementation here. Large companies such as Rosatom and others are showing interest in us. We must actively develop the Kyrgyz language center, dissertation council and graduate school. All the necessary financial resources for this are available, and now it is extremely important not to miss these opportunities», noted the university management.
KRSU is an important centre for the training of scientific personnel and the university should use this potential to create joint products and implement initiatives that can be supported by both countries. At the meeting, a plan for further actions aimed at attracting young people and strengthening interaction was outlined.
