A large-scale republican fire-fighting exercise took place at KRSU
At the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Construction KRSU, together with the relevant department and representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, republican fire drills were held as part of the implementation of the Government order on the prevention of emergency situations.
According to the legend of the exercises, the fire occurred on the second floor of one of the university campuses. After the alarm went off, an emergency evacuation of students and staff began. Fire crews quickly arrived at the scene, carried out rescue operations and localized the fire.
After extinguishing the fire, the students were shown the correct techniques for using fire-fighting equipment and explained the procedure for action in case of fire. It is important to note that students of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU also took part in the exercises, who provided first aid to conditional victims, demonstrating their skills and coordinated work in emergency situations.
Following the event, KRSU Vice-Rector Ivan Kolpakov highly appreciated the training of rescuers and students, noting the importance of such exercises for increasing preparedness for emergency situations. He also expressed gratitude to his colleagues from the Ministry of Emergency Situations for their valuable experience and support in holding the event.
The exercise ended with a positive assessment, emphasizing the high level of interaction between all participants and the importance of further work to improve security on the university grounds.
