KRSU trained timekeepers on working with the time tracking system

The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University trained employees responsible for maintaining time sheets.

The purpose of the lesson is — increasing the competencies of timekeepers and uniformity of work in the electronic time sheet system. During the training, specialists from the Human Resources Department and the Digital Solutions Department explained in detail the procedure for entering data, the features of filling out schedules and the algorithm for interaction with other departments.

After completing the training, all participants will be sent a test to test their knowledge, based on the results of which each timekeeper will have access to independently filling out an electronic time sheet.

The time tracking system can increase the transparency of processes, ensure accurate data recording and reduce the risk of errors, which will make administrative management at the university more efficient and modern.
