KRSU hosted an interuniversity competition in robotics and electronics
June 11, 2025 at the Department of Physics and Microelectronics, Faculty of Natural Sciences, KRSU named after. B.N. Yeltsin held the fourth «Interuniversity competition of student works in robotics and electronics». Students of KRSU, Kyrgyz State Technical University named after. AND. Razzakov and Kyrgyz National University. Zh. Balasagyn.
The event, which has already become traditional, brought together talented young engineers, scientific supervisors and industry representatives. The purpose of the competition is — to support student initiatives, exchange experience and promote applied research in the field of electronics, automation and robotics. The event was opened by ETF Deputy Dean Irina Khmeleva and company representative «Di-Tek» Nargiza Toboeva.
The students' works were evaluated by a professional jury, which included leading teachers from participating universities and representatives of manufacturing enterprises.
The winners of the competition were:
• 1 place: Mirlan uulu Ilic and Rysbek uulu Õimanbek (KNU) with the project «Drone for environmental monitoring of air and microclimate».
• 2nd place (shared):
• Sabirov Rustam Rakhmatovich (KRSU), «Development of drones and control algorithms». • Renat Israilovich Maratov (KRSU), «Development of a laboratory bench module with microcontroller control for studying a single-phase bridge rectifier».
• 3rd place (shared):
• Bekmyrza Akylbekovich Tashbulatov (KSTU), «Development of an electromagnetic filter on a microwave plasmatron». • Raiymbekov Nurgazy Raiymbekovich (KRSU), «Combined metal detector».
In addition to competitive projects, participants presented additional developments: devices for thermoregulating water temperature in aquariums, ceramic heaters based on domestic raw materials and other original engineering solutions.
The jury expressed special gratitude to Bektur Sadirov (KSTU) for the initiative to introduce robotics into school education.
Financial support for the competition was provided by the company «Di-Tek» within the framework of a memorandum with KRSU.
