A festive concert dedicated to Teacher's Day was held at KRSU
A festive concert dedicated to Teacher's Day took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The event brought together students, schoolchildren and teachers, becoming a warm occasion to express gratitude to teachers for their work and dedication to the profession.
October 5 — International Teachers' Day, which is celebrated annually in more than a hundred countries around the world. For KRSU, this holiday is of particular importance: the university trains future teachers who are already making their contribution to the development of education in Kyrgyzstan.
Particular attention on this day was paid to the teachers of the KRSU school — they were honored and congratulated by students, students and university management. The young participants prepared touching poems and words of gratitude, and the concert program included songs, dance numbers and sincere congratulations to the mentors. The atmosphere of the holiday was filled with warmth, joy and lively emotions.
The invaluable role of teaching work was emphasized in his congratulations by the rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov. He noted:
«What could be more important for a teacher than seeing the success of his students — their victories at Olympiads, achievements in science and creativity, leadership qualities. Teacher — it's like mom: everyone has a mom and a teacher. It is you who give children a start in life, shape their education, upbringing and determination. We are proud of our schoolchildren and are glad that half of our school’s graduates enter KRSU».
Sergei Volkov added that the university will continue to support the school under KRSU, developing its infrastructure and creating decent working conditions for teachers:
«We will do everything to ensure that the school is promising, remains among the best, and that the work of teachers is assessed with dignity».
Teacher's Day at KRSU became a reminder of the great pedagogical mission — to educate a new generation, inspire knowledge and values.
