KRSU hosts a seminar on the Lean University program from the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University

At the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin launched a training seminar for deans and heads of structural divisions within the framework of the Lean University project. The program is implemented with the support of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU) and is aimed at increasing management efficiency by introducing the principles of lean production into the activities of the university.

During the seminar, participants become familiar with best practices in lean management in an educational environment, study tools for analyzing and optimizing internal processes, and exchange experiences in implementing effective management solutions. Particular attention is paid to issues of digitalization, interaction with students and the formation of a culture of continuous improvement.

The seminar is held in person and includes lectures, teamwork, practical cases and strategic sessions. It aims to form a unified approach to the development of KRSU as a modern, flexible and quality-oriented university.

Participation in the Lean University project opens up new opportunities for KRSU to improve management processes, increase employee involvement and increase competitiveness in the educational market.
