KRSU has launched a training course in the profession of worker «I — counselor»

The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University has begun a course «I — counselor» aimed at training specialists to work with children's and youth groups.The course program is focused on developing in students the professional knowledge, practical skills and competencies necessary for the successful work of a counselor. Participants will learn the basics of pedagogy and psychology of a temporary children's team, learn how to organize leisure time for children and adolescents, plan events, and ensure the safety and protection of children's rights.Particular attention is paid to the development of leadership, communication and organizational qualities, the ability to work in a team, make decisions in pedagogical situations and effectively interact with children of different ages.The course is designed for 144 hours of training (72 hours of classroom training and 72 hours of independent work) and is conducted online and offline.Based on the results of the training, participants will receive a certificate of professional training confirming their mastery of the program and readiness to work as counselors in children's recreation and health organizations.
