KRSU has launched a new stage of transformation

KRSU has launched a new stage of transformation with the support of four partner universities from the Russian Federation. Working groups from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, St. Petersburg State Economic University, Tyumen State University and Siberian Federal University arrived in Bishkek to comprehensively format key processes at the university.

Work is being carried out in several areas: personnel policy, financial management, educational activities, student block and digitalization. At the moment, an analysis of the personnel system has already been carried out and an audit of the staffing of employees has begun.

The main goal of the transformation is — to make KRSU a modern university of a new generation. The experience of partners is being actively implemented, and the university is expected to undergo fundamental changes in the near future. During the work, specific recommendations will be developed and mechanisms for introducing new programs and technologies will be worked out. This will allow KRSU to adapt to the new requirements of the market and educational space, providing students with high-quality education and opportunities for successful careers.
