The IV Eurasian Analytical Forum and the III Youth Congress start at KRSU
At the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin launched the IV Eurasian Analytical Forum, dedicated to the formation of the Greater Eurasian Partnership as the basis for development and security in the region. The forum includes a youth section – III International Youth Analytical Congress, dedicated to the role of youth in Greater Eurasia. Both events were combined as part of the Eurasian Choice analytical week.
At the opening of the forum, representatives of the management of KRSU, analytical centers and government bodies of Russia and Kyrgyzstan made welcoming speeches.
Advisor to the rector of KRSU Nikolai Kudryavtsev emphasized the importance of holding the forum within the university, noting that this confirms the desire for cooperation and strengthening security within the Eurasian space.
Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Analytics Association Nikolai Bordyuzha noted that the forum is taking place at a time of formation of a new world order based on equal cooperation. He expressed confidence that the results of the forum will be useful for politicians and government officials.
We received official support from one of the key experts in the field of state national policy. Vladimir Yuryevich Zorin, Chairman of the Commission on Interethnic Relations of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation, member of the Presidium of the Council, sent a video message to us and welcome letter.
In his appeal V.Yu. Zorin emphasized the relevance of the issues that are raised during the analytical week, and also highly appreciated the importance of our work for strengthening interethnic harmony.
"Over the years of its work, the Forum has become a place where new ideas and initiatives are born and are developed that can influence the strengthening of trust in the Greater Eurasian space. The value of the Forum lies in the fact that not only issues of geopolitics and economics are discussed here, but also a wide range of humanitarian problems that directly affect people’s lives," noted Vladimir Yuryevich.
Education attaché of the Russian Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic Robert Fedorov emphasized the practical significance of the forum, especially for the formation of a common understanding of the Eurasian partnership and its implementation.
The forum was organized by KRSU, a number of analytical clubs, institutes and universities from Russia and Kyrgyzstan. The event is supported by government agencies and international organizations.
The forum brought together representatives from Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Russia and other Eurasian countries, including scientists, representatives of government agencies and youth organizations.
The forum program includes plenary sessions, expert discussions and the work of youth sections dedicated to issues of Eurasian integration, socio-economic challenges, security and the development of youth cooperation.
