The 1st International Scientific Expert Forum named after N.M. ended at KRSU. Przhevalsky
On November 19–20, 2025, the completion of the work of the I International Scientific Expert Forum named after N.M. took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. Przhevalsky. The event brought together scientists, experts, teachers and students from Russia, Kyrgyzstan and other countries, becoming a significant platform for discussing issues of Eurasian integration, common historical memory and the development of scientific diplomacy.
For two days, forum participants worked at plenary sessions, sections and expert platforms dedicated to Russian-Kyrgyz cooperation, humanitarian interaction and analysis of modern integration processes.
A strategic session was held on 20 November «Roadmap for Kyrgyz-Russian cooperation: from ideas to implementation», during which the participants discussed approaches to the formation of new joint projects in the fields of education, science, economics and interstate interaction. Key areas for further practical work were identified.
Also, as part of the second day of the forum, open lectures by leading Russian scientists were held.
Maria Gordeeva spoke at the Faculty of Humanities, Head of the Department of Culture of Peace and Democracy at the IEVS Russian State University for the Humanities on the topic «From idea to media influence: creation of a longread designer for Kyrgyz-Russian cooperation» and Natalya Rostislavleva, Professor of the Historical and Archival Institute of the Russian State University for the Humanities, Doctor of Historical Sciences on the topic «Current problems in studying the history of the First World War».
Lectures by Mikhail Mukhin were held at the Faculty of Economics, Professor of the IEVS RSUH, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Chief Researcher of the Institute of Russian History of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the topic «From the CIS to the EAEU — search for optimal ways of economic integration» and Igor Filkevich, Professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of the RUDN University, Doctor of Economic Sciences on the topic «Development of integration processes in the post-Soviet space».
At the closing ceremony, the main results of the forum were summed up and its role in strengthening the Russian-Kyrgyz scientific partnership was emphasized. Participants noted the high practical significance of the topics discussed and the interest of the parties in developing joint research and educational initiatives.
Forum named after N.M. Przhevalsky will become an annual expert platform aimed at developing scientific and humanitarian interaction between Russia and Kyrgyzstan, as well as the formation of new approaches to cooperation within Greater Eurasia.
