Important information for international students and KRSU staff

Since September 23, 2026, a new procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons has been in effect in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Due to the changes, we ask foreign students and KRSU staff to carefully read the information in the card. It indicates the timing and procedure for registration, the necessary documents, as well as cases when re-registration is required.

Please note: it is important to comply with the established periods of stay and register in a timely manner.

Also, all foreign citizens, including minors, must purchase a compulsory health insurance policy (CHI).
