Important rules for final state certification
Dear students!
Please note the following:
Based on the Regulations «On the final state certification of graduates of higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic», approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated May 22, 2024 № 258 (clause 23, clause 24), as well as in accordance with «the Regulations on the procedure for conducting state final certification of graduates of educational programs higher education - bachelor's degree, specialty, master's programs and postgraduate medical education programs at the Interstate Educational Organization of Higher Education Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin» (clause 4.26), the following is established: Students who have completed the mastery of the main educational program and have not confirmed the compliance of their training with the requirements of the state educational standard of higher professional education when passing one or more final certification tests have the right to re-pass the final certification tests.
Repeated completion of the final certification tests is assigned no earlier than three months and no later than five years after passing the final state certification for the first time. Repeated final certification tests cannot be assigned by an educational organization more than twice (clause 24 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated May 22, 2024 № 258).
Students who have passed the interdisciplinary final state certification in the disciplines «Kyrgyz language and literature», «History of Kyrgyzstan» and «Geography of Kyrgyzstan» for assessment «unsatisfactory» are subject to expulsion from the university.
In accordance with the Regulations «On the final state certification of graduates of higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic», approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated May 22, 2024 № 258 (clause 23) and with the Regulations «On the interdisciplinary final state certification in the disciplines: «Kyrgyz language and literature», «History of Kyrgyzstan» and «Geography of Kyrgyzstan» at the State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin» dated October 29, 2024, (clause 3.3), it was established that retaking the state certification for MIGA in order to increase a positive assessment is not allowed.
This means that students who are not satisfied with their grade cannot retake the exam to improve their score. This measure is aimed at maintaining standards of quality of education and fairness in assessing the knowledge of graduates.
