Graduate of the Faculty of International Relations KRSU: robes, fireworks and words that will be remembered for a long time
Festive atmosphere, robes and academic caps, applause, emotions and... fireworks — this was the graduation ceremony for students of the Faculty of International Relations KRSU. This evening brought together not just graduates, but future diplomats, analysts, journalists and specialists who will work at the intersection of cultures and interests of countries.
This year, about a hundred students — bachelors and masters — received higher education diplomas.
The award ceremony was conducted by Vice-Rector for Educational Activities Elena Devyatova, who emphasized:
«Over the years of study, you have not only mastered the theory and practice of international relations — you have developed the main quality of a true diplomat: the ability to understand others, find a common language and build mutually beneficial cooperation. I am sure that you will worthily continue the traditions of KRSU and will contribute to the establishment of a just and peaceful world order».
The participation of representatives of diplomatic missions, including Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic Vadim Albertovich Gusev, gave particular significance to the holiday.
He wished graduates to maintain professionalism and strive for mutual understanding between states:
«Be active and demanding — towards yourself and others. Don't be afraid of challenges and take responsibility. Today, more than ever, the world needs those who are willing to act wisely, honestly and with values».
The dean of the Faculty of Moscow Region, Rakhman Allahverdiev, also delivered parting words, noting that graduates are entering the big world at a time when the international system is experiencing fundamental changes:
«You — the generation that is to be the conduit for new approaches. Combine classical diplomatic traditions with modern knowledge. We believe in your success».
In response, the graduates thanked the faculty teachers and staff for their support, mentoring and knowledge, emphasizing that they are ready to work for the benefit of Russia and the Kyrgyz Republic, developing international dialogue, strengthening cooperation and continuing the best traditions of the faculty.
The evening ended with spectacular fireworks — as a symbol of the bright start of a new stage in life.
