Artistic reading in honor of the 165th anniversary of A.P. Chekhov in KRSU

An artistic reading dedicated to the 165th anniversary of the birth of Anton Pavlovich Chekhov took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. On this day, students and teachers of the creative studios KRSU presented excerpts from the works of the great classic, bringing his characters to life and conveying the subtlety of the author's word.

Special guests of the event were 9th grade students of the secondary school KRSU. For them, this became an opportunity to get acquainted with Chekhov’s work in live performance and feel the atmosphere of his works.

Chekhov's stories and plays, filled with deep reflections on life, man and his fate, continue to find a response in the hearts of listeners. The reading became not only a tribute to the great writer, but also a real creative event that united lovers of Russian literature.
