«Live freely — live without drugs»: lectures and demonstrations from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic were held at KRSU
At the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, a meeting of students with representatives of the Service for Combating Illicit Drug Trafficking of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic took place. The event was held as part of a prevention campaign under the motto «Live freely — live without drugs».
Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told students about the consequences of drug use, legal liability for their storage and distribution, and also reminded them of the importance of conscious choice and a healthy lifestyle.
In addition, a lecture was held on the fight against bullying and the creation of a safe educational environment. Students were explained how to recognize signs of bullying, who to turn to for help, and why it is important not to remain indifferent.
Of particular interest was the demonstration of the work of dog handlers with dogs — service animals showed skills in searching for prohibited substances and elements of detaining a mock violator. Demonstration performances allowed students to see exactly how the fight against crime is going in the field.
KRSU actively supports prevention initiatives aimed at protecting the health and safety of young people. The university advocates for peaceful, addiction-free and violence-free lives for students.
