The Winter School of Young Analyst and Strategist - 2023 was held at KRSU

On December 15-16, 2023, KRSU became a platform for meeting more than 70 schoolchildren from 13 schools in Bishkek and the Chui region to participate in the Winter School of Young Analyst and Strategist 2023. The winter school became the final event of this year within the framework of the project «Association of Young Analysts and Strategists» (AMAiS) of the KRSU Development Program, implemented by the Department of Management of the Faculty of Economics of KRSU together with the International Analytical Club «Issyk-Kul – Greater Eurasia».

For two days, schoolchildren listened to master classes on presentation design and logo creation, analytics and strategizing; solved cases to determine strategic development opportunities for companies in Kyrgyzstan; participated in team building and quests.

AMAIS project manager, head of the management department Olga Romanovich noted that participation in the Winter School helped schoolchildren strengthen leadership qualities and creative potential, taught them to think strategically and analytically and determine the direction of choosing their future profession.

The uniqueness of the Winter School was the opportunity to transfer experience and friendly instructions to schoolchildren from students of the management department, who were mentors for school teams and graduates of the department from different years, whichthey made motivational videos for young strategic analysts.

The winter school solemnly ended with the awarding of the winners and laureates of competitions for the best AMAIS logo and the best presentation of their school, as well as various nominations.
