Magazine "Russian Word in Kyrgyzstan" №2 (56) 2026

A new issue of the journal «Russian Word in Kyrgyzstan» for 2026 has been published. The new issue presents interviews and analytical articles by scientists from Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Armenia, Uzbekistan and other countries. A special place is occupied by materials dedicated to Victory Day and the preservation of historical memory. The material «The memory of heroes must live!..» tells about the participation of the rector of KRSU S. Yu. Volkov and representatives of the university in the preservation of monuments to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.

Materials prepared at the request of the editors by the chairman of the Kyrgyz Society of Siege Survivors of Leningrad M. A. Kutanov are presented. The son of Leningrad defense participant Anna Kutanova, Marat Asanbekovich, has been conducting a lot of public work for many years, helping to preserve the memory of the feat of the defenders of the Fatherland and pass on this memory to the younger generation.

Readers will also get acquainted with the material about the International Forum «Russian Language Day at KRSU», organized with the support of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. P. Lumumba, learn about the literary and poetic evening «Poets of the Pushkin Circle» dedicated to the birthday of A. S. Pushkin, as well as about the Decade of Reading.
