85 years of the Jogorku Kenesh: what the first Kyrgyz deputies were like
This year marks the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR — the first parliament of the republic. More than 280 deputies were elected from among the most worthy and respected people. Fifty of them later went to the front.
