CAC supported the issuance of commemorative stamps in honor of the Heroes of the Great Patriotic War

On April 23, 2025, in The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) held a solemn ceremony of canceling a limited edition of postage stamps dedicated to 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
