The festival of Russian culture «Firebird Fest» was held for the first time in Bishkek
For the first time in Bishkek at the KRSU named after. B. Yeltsin held a festival of Russian culture «Firebird Fest» on January 25, 2025. The organizer was a public association «People's Council» with the support of the «Russian World» foundation. The festival was also supported by the Russian House in Bishkek, the International Association of Karachais «Ata-Jurt», the Tatar-Bashkir Cultural Center «Tugan Tel» and the NGO «Chaika».
The festival consisted of a concert (performances by ensembles with songs and dances) and master classes on folk sports games: lapta, tug of war, gorodki and kila.
