History of choice
This year marks the 170th anniversary of the Issyk-Kul Kyrgyz taking Russian citizenship. A round table, which will be held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. N. Yeltsin, is dedicated to this event, which has become the starting point of a new stage of political and civilizational interaction.
