The scientist explained how to properly teach religious studies in schools
Since last year, a subject has been introduced in schools in Kyrgyzstan «History of the development of religions». About the intricacies of teaching this discipline, and also why it is important to understand what it is «secularity of the state», we are talking with the head of the UNESCO department of KRSU, Nadezhda Khan.
In a conversation on Sputnik Kyrgyzstan radio, the candidate of philosophical sciences said that university teachers took part in the development of textbooks on this subject. According to her, the approved textbook is now going to be revised due to reproaches of excessive calls to one of the religions.
