How Russia and Kyrgyzstan are restructuring the labor market through education

14 april 2025

A new round of educational integration is beginning in Central Asia. The International Institute of Additional Education and Personnel Engineering, created with the participation of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) and the Higher School of Economics (HSE), will open in Kyrgyzstan.

The project is designed to train specialists for the digital economy, creative industries and cross-border business. The training will start in 2025 and will be held in a hybrid format — using digital platforms created on the basis of the best Russian practices. Universities promise flexible programs, quick adaptation to market demands and international exchange.
