How Pushkin’s Anniversary and Russian Language Day were celebrated in Kyrgyzstan
Today, June 6, on the occasion of the 225th anniversary of the birth of A.S. Pushkin and International Russian Language Day, the opening of a three-day celebration took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
It was attended by: Russian Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Nikolai Udovichenko, Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan Almanbet Matubraimov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan Mukambet Kasymaliev, Bishop of Bishkek and Kyrgyzstan Savvaty, Rector of KRSU Denis Fomin-Nilov.
