KRSU and the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic will create a multimedia exhibition for the 80th anniversary of the Victory
Bishkek - March 14 /KGinform/. On the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Victory, the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, together with the Ministry of Defense of Kyrgyzstan, is launching a unique project to create a multimedia exhibition dedicated to the heroic pages of the Great Patriotic War, KRSU reports.
The exhibition will be based on rare archival photographs stored in the funds of the Ministry of Defense. These unique photographs exist in a single copy and captured soldiers of the 8th Guards Rifle Rezhitsa Red Banner Order of Lenin Division named after Hero of the Soviet Union I. V. Panfilova. The historical images were published in a special edition in 1955 and the project now gives them new life.
