In the village of Kashka-Suu, just 25 kilometers from the center of Bishkek, a modern campus of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University will appear. The complex will occupy an area of 30 hectares and will become the largest educational project in the region.
The construction initiative was supported by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, and the site has already been inspected by a delegation from Russia.
Sergei Volkov, acting rector of KRSU, emphasized that the future campus will become a center for scientific, technological and innovative development, which will give a powerful impetus to both the university and the region as a whole.
