Kyrgyzstanis were among the winners of a competition to cover the topic of Turkology
An international jury, which includes representatives of Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, including Sputnik columnist Taailaibek Oroskulov, reviewed more than 30 applications from journalists from ten universities and research centers from different countries.
BISHKEK, July 27 – Sputnik. Works by KRSU Vice-Rector Leonid Sumarokov and a video film from the TV channel «Madaniyat» KTRK were among the winners of the first international competition for the best media coverage of the university’s scientific activities in the field of altaistics and Turkology «Media-Nauruz», reports the press service of Altai State University.
