A cure for inaction
The joint international medical forum of the Eurasian Economic Union «Modern trends in the development of cardiology and cardiac surgery in the EAEU countries» and the annual international scientific and practical conference «Mirrakhimov readings» dedicated to the memory of the outstanding scientist and clinician, academician Mirsaid Mirrakhimov took place in Bishkek.
At the forum, scientists, doctors who made a great contribution to the development of domestic medicine, to the training of young specialists, as well as guests from near and far abroad were awarded the medal of Academician Mirsaid Mirrakhimov. Young scientists were also awarded – winners of the competition with the international prize of Academician Mirrakhimov. On behalf of the Academician Mirsaid Mirrakhimov Foundation, Elmira Mirrakhimova, according to tradition, during the «Mirrakhimov Readings» presented the best senior students of KSMA and KRSU with diplomas and scholarships named after the outstanding cardiologist, founder of mining medicine in the world Mirsaid Mirrakhimov.
